ADMINISTRATOR (Reception)
The hours available will be approximately 30 hours per fortnight varying from weekdays 8am-5pm, weekend days 9.30am-6.00pm and weekdays 5-8pm. Ideally the successful applicant will be able to work up to cover leave periods.
As our receptionist, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. Your exceptional communication skills and warm demeanor will set the tone for the entire hospital experience. From greeting patients with a smile to efficiently managing inquiries you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient satisfaction.
The ability to work with multiple computer programmes at the same time and basic IT skills are essential.
